This means that, if You have provided personal data to Me directly, I am using it with Your consent or for the performance of a contract, and that data is processed using automated means, You can ask Me for a copy of that personal data to re-use with another service or business in many cases.

8. Retention of personal data

I will not keep Your personal data for any longer than is necessary in relation to the reason(s) for which it was first collected. In most case, I will retain Your personal data for the duration of My commercial relationship. If I have not had any communication with You for a period of more than seven years, I shall endeavour to delete such data.

I will only store or transfer Your personal data within the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.

If You are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between You and Me, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
